The Genie 111881GT is a genuine OEM Upper Radiator Hose, TME27 built for the Genie Z-80/60 articulating boom lift. Sourced directly from Genie, this cooling system hose is manufactured to the exact dimensions and material specifications required for proper fitment and sealing on the Z-80/60. As a genuine OEM part, it matches the original component in every respect — no adaptation needed to get the machine back in service.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Made to Genie's original material and dimensional specifications, ensuring correct wall thickness, hose diameter, and coolant-rated compound for the TME27 cooling circuit.
- Exact-Fit Upper Radiator Hose — Engineered to connect the radiator upper port with the correct routing and end geometry for the Z-80/60, seating firmly without leaks from day one.
- Confirmed Fitment — Verified for the Genie Z-80/60 articulating boom lift; cross-reference part number 111881GT against your machine's parts manual to confirm applicability to your serial range.
- Sealing Integrity — A sound radiator hose maintains the closed cooling circuit and holds coolant at operating pressure; a cracked or swollen hose allows coolant loss, risking overheating and engine shutdown.
- Cooling System Safety — On an articulating boom lift working at height, an engine overheat event is an operational hazard; replacing a worn hose with the correct OEM part supports continued safe operation.
The upper radiator hose carries coolant between the engine and the top of the radiator, allowing heat to transfer out of the engine before the cooled fluid returns to circulation. Over time, the hose material can soften, crack, or swell under heat and pressure cycling, leading to coolant weepage or sudden loss. Replacing a degraded hose with the correct OEM part — part number 111881GT — restores a leak-free seal and keeps the cooling circuit operating as designed on the Z-80/60.
