The Genie 111880GT is a genuine OEM Lower Radiator Hose, TME27 built for the Genie Z-80/60 articulating boom lift. Sourced directly from Genie, this hose matches the original equipment specification — ensuring correct routing, end fitment, and material grade for the cooling circuit it serves. Cross-reference part number 111880GT against your Z-80/60 parts manual to confirm it is the correct item for your unit before ordering.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Genie's original material and dimensional specification, delivering the same hose wall thickness, reinforcement, and temperature rating as the part it replaces.
- Exact Routing and End Fit — Engineered to the correct length and end configuration for the TME27 engine installation, so the hose seats properly against the radiator and engine ports without trimming or adapting.
- Confirmed Fitment — Designed specifically for the Genie Z-80/60 articulating boom lift, eliminating guesswork on compatibility.
- Cooling System Integrity — A sound radiator hose maintains proper coolant flow between the engine and radiator. A cracked, swollen, or weeping lower hose can lead to coolant loss and engine overheating — replacing it promptly keeps the machine in service.
- OEM Part Number Traceability — Ordering by genuine Genie part number 111880GT ensures you receive the correct hose, not a generic substitute that may differ in length or end diameter.
The lower radiator hose carries coolant from the bottom of the radiator back to the engine, completing the coolant circulation loop that removes heat from the engine during operation. Because it handles the cooler, return-side flow, it is subject to constant pressure cycling and heat exposure that gradually degrades the rubber over time. A hose that has softened, collapsed internally, or developed surface cracks will restrict coolant flow or leak, causing the engine to run hot and triggering shutdowns that take the machine out of service. Replacing a worn lower radiator hose with the correct Genie OEM part restores full coolant circulation and protects the engine from heat-related damage.
