Multiquip KIT4TH Mechanical Seal Sleeve O-Rings Kit

If the water of a trash pump is not flowing like it should, or has water coming out between the pump and engine, the likely culprit is the mechanical seal. This is the spring loaded seal that rides on the shaft of the engine. Despite these pumps being able to pump large amounts of debris through them, these mechanical seals can be a fragile piece to the machine that can become damaged or even wear over time. If the mechanical seal has failed it is likely that the other o-rings that seal the pump are not far behind. It is recommended to also get the cover o-ring with this kit to confirm all the seals have been replaced.
