Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Genie's original material and dimensional specifications for the Kubota D905-equipped cooling system, ensuring correct form and fit.
- Direct OEM Replacement — Engineered to drop into place on compatible machines exactly as the original, simplifying installation for your service team.
- Confirmed Fitment — Fits the Genie Z-34/22 IC, Z-34 IC, and Z-45/22 MP articulating boom lifts. Always verify against your serial-number-specific parts manual before ordering.
- Cooling System Integrity — A properly mounted radiator support holds the radiator securely in position, allowing the cooling system to function as designed. A damaged or failed support can allow the radiator to shift, risking coolant line strain and overheating.
- Operational Reliability — Keeping the radiator correctly located protects the Kubota D905 engine from heat-related stress, helping the machine sustain productive operation on the job.
The radiator support is a structural mounting component that secures the radiator in its correct position within the machine's engine bay. By holding the radiator firmly in place, it ensures coolant hoses and connections remain properly aligned and under no undue stress. When this support becomes cracked, bent, or otherwise compromised, the radiator can shift during operation, placing strain on surrounding components and potentially leading to coolant leaks or overheating — making timely replacement with the correct OEM part essential for maintaining engine health on your Genie articulating boom lift.
