The Genie 32205GT is a genuine OEM Upper Radiator Hose for the Kubota D905 engine, built for Genie Z-34/22 IC, Z-34 IC, and Z-45/22 MP articulating boom lifts. As a direct OEM replacement, this hose is manufactured to the same specifications as the original, ensuring a proper fit to the Kubota D905 engine cooling circuit on these machines. Cross-reference part number 32205GT against your machine's parts manual to confirm it is the correct hose for your unit before ordering.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Genie's original material and dimensional specifications, delivering the correct hose wall thickness, inner diameter, and compound rating for the Kubota D905 engine cooling circuit.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Formed to match the original routing and end connections on the Kubota D905, seating correctly against the engine and radiator without cutting or adapting.
- Confirmed Fitment — Designed for the Genie Z-34/22 IC, Z-34 IC, and Z-45/22 MP articulating boom lifts equipped with the Kubota D905 engine.
- Coolant Integrity — A sound radiator hose maintains proper coolant flow between the engine and radiator; a cracked or collapsed hose restricts circulation and can lead to overheating and unplanned machine shutdowns.
- Backed by Genie OEM Support — Sourced through authorized Genie channels, this part carries the traceability and quality assurance of genuine OEM supply.
The upper radiator hose carries coolant from the engine outlet to the top of the radiator, where heat is dissipated before the coolant returns through the lower circuit. On the Kubota D905-powered Genie articulating booms, maintaining an intact and correctly seated hose is essential to keeping the engine within its operating temperature range. A hose that is cracked, swollen, or leaking at its connections will allow coolant loss and can cause the engine to overheat, resulting in lost productivity and potential engine damage if left unaddressed.
