Wacker Neuson 1000276032 Main Headlight

The Wacker Neuson Main Headlight is a genuine OEM component designed for the TH627 telescopic handler. Sourced directly from Wacker Neuson, this part is manufactured to the exact specifications of the original headlight assembly, ensuring a correct, hassle-free installation. If your TH627 is running with a damaged, cracked, or failed headlight, part number is the confirmed OEM replacement to restore full lighting function.

Key Features

• Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to the original output and beam specification of the TH627 headlight, ensuring correct illumination coverage and electrical compatibility with the machine's lighting circuit.
• Direct-Fit Installation — Matches the original mounting points, connector, and housing profile of the TH627, allowing straightforward swap-out without adapter hardware or modifications.
• Confirmed TH627 Fitment — Verified against the TH627 (418-02) spare parts list, giving you confidence you are ordering the correct assembly for your machine.
• Restored Forward Visibility — A functioning main headlight is essential for safe operation in low-light conditions; a cracked lens or burned-out assembly compromises operator sightlines and worksite safety.
• Electrical Safety Compliance — As a lighting and electrical component, using the correct OEM part maintains proper circuit load and prevents wiring issues caused by mismatched aftermarket substitutes.

The main headlight on the TH627 telescopic handler provides primary forward illumination for the operator, enabling safe machine movement and load handling in low-light or early-morning site conditions. The headlight connects directly into the machine's electrical system and is designed to deliver the correct beam pattern and brightness for the cab's field of view. When the lens cracks, the housing seals fail, or the lamp assembly shorts out, visibility drops immediately — creating a safety hazard and taking the machine out of compliant working condition until the unit is replaced.
