Wacker Neuson 1000378810 Main Headlight

The Wacker Neuson Main Headlight is a genuine OEM component designed for the TH627 compact construction equipment. Sourced directly from Wacker Neuson, this part meets the original design specifications for the TH627, ensuring a correct, straightforward installation. If your machine's headlight has cracked, failed, or is producing inadequate light output, the is the factory-correct replacement to restore full visibility on the job.

Key Features

• Genuine OEM Optical Specification — Manufactured to the original light output and housing geometry spec for the TH627, ensuring no compromise in forward visibility or beam pattern.
• Direct-Fit Replacement — Matches the original mounting points and wiring connector configuration of the TH627, allowing straightforward swap-out without modification to the mounting bracket or harness.
• Confirmed TH627 Fitment — Verified against Wacker Neuson spare parts list 418-02 for the TH627, so you can order with confidence.
• Restored Operator Visibility — A functioning headlight is essential for safe low-light and early-morning operation; a failed or cracked unit leaves operators working blind in poor conditions.
• Electrical Safety Compliance — As an OEM lighting component, this headlight is built to the correct voltage and sealing rating for the TH627's electrical system, reducing the risk of water ingress or wiring faults.

The main headlight provides the primary forward illumination for the machine, allowing operators to work safely in low-light conditions such as early mornings, late evenings, or enclosed sites. It connects directly into the machine's electrical system and is sealed against dust and moisture to withstand the demands of construction environments. When the headlight cracks, burns out, or its housing seal fails, visibility is lost and continued operation in dim conditions becomes a safety concern — making prompt replacement essential.
