The Honda 31512-750-000 Battery Setting Plate is a genuine OEM component designed for H5013 and RT5000 multi-purpose tractors and HT3810, HT3813, and HT4213 lawn tractors. As a direct OEM replacement, this plate is manufactured to Honda's original specifications, ensuring a correct, no-guesswork fit in the battery compartment of compatible machines. Honda supersedes parts across serial ranges, so confirm your machine's serial number against the fitment table before ordering. This part is the right solution when the original plate is damaged, corroded, or missing and a secure battery installation needs to be restored.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — manufactured by Honda to the same specification as the original, ensuring the plate holds the battery securely in position the way Honda engineered it to.
- Direct Replacement Fit — designed as a drop-in replacement that aligns with the existing mounting points on compatible Honda tractors without modification.
- Broad Tractor Compatibility — fits the H5013 and RT5000 multi-purpose tractors and the HT3810, HT3813, and HT4213 lawn tractors; verify your model and serial number against the fitment table to confirm the correct application.
- Serial-Range Verification Recommended — Honda updates parts at production serial breaks, so checking your machine's serial number against the compatibility table is the surest way to confirm this is the right plate for your unit.
The Battery Setting Plate secures the battery in its housing on Honda lawn and multi-purpose tractors, preventing movement during operation. Without a properly functioning plate, the battery can shift under vibration, risking loose terminal connections, accelerated terminal wear, or electrical faults that leave the tractor unable to start. Replacing a bent, cracked, or missing plate restores solid battery retention and keeps the electrical system operating as Honda intended.
