The Honda 81370-VB4-680 Upper Grass Catcher is a genuine OEM replacement designed for the HRM195 lawn mower. Sourced directly from Honda, this part is manufactured to the same standards as the original component that left the factory with your machine. If the upper catcher on your HRM195 is cracked, deformed, or no longer holding its shape, this is the direct OEM replacement to restore proper grass collection.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Grass Collection — built to Honda's original design specifications, ensuring the upper catcher correctly channels clippings into the bag without gaps or misalignment that lead to blowback
- Direct OEM Replacement — fits the HRM195 lawn mower as a drop-in replacement for the original upper catcher, with no trimming or modification needed to achieve proper fit
- Serial Number Verification Recommended — Honda updates parts at production breaks, so confirm your mower's serial number against the fitment table before ordering to ensure this is the correct version for your unit
The upper grass catcher is the rigid upper section of the collection bag assembly on the HRM195 lawn mower. It forms the structural frame that keeps the bag open and properly positioned behind the discharge chute, directing cut grass into the collection bag rather than back onto the lawn. When this component cracks, warps, or loses its shape, the bag collapses or seats unevenly, causing clippings to escape and collection efficiency to drop significantly.
