The Genie 131427GT is a genuine OEM Radiator Lower Hose, D905 built for the Z-34 IC articulating boom lift. As a direct OEM replacement, this hose is manufactured to the same specifications as the original, ensuring a correct fit without adaptation. Sourced from Genie, this component carries the same part number used in the factory parts manual — cross-reference 131427GT against your machine's parts manual to confirm it is the correct hose for your unit before ordering.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Cooling System Integrity — Built to the same material grade and dimensional spec as the original, so coolant flow and sealing performance are maintained exactly as designed for the D905 engine application.
- Correct Lower Radiator Position Fit — Engineered to connect the lower radiator port on the D905 engine, matching the original routing, end-fitting sizes, and hose length for a straightforward swap.
- Z-34 IC Specific Fitment — Designed for the Genie Z-34 IC articulating boom lift; confirm part number 131427GT in your parts manual before ordering.
- Prevents Coolant Loss — A cracked or weeping lower radiator hose causes coolant to escape, risking engine overheating and unplanned shutdowns; replacing it promptly with the correct OEM part keeps the engine operating within its thermal limits.
- OEM Traceability — The Genie part number 131427GT matches the factory parts documentation, giving you confidence that the correct component is being installed.
The lower radiator hose carries coolant from the bottom of the radiator back to the engine, completing the coolant circulation loop that keeps the engine temperature in check during operation. Because this hose is under constant thermal cycling and moderate pressure, it is subject to cracking, swelling, and deterioration over time. A failed lower radiator hose will quickly lead to coolant loss and engine overheating, taking the machine out of service — replacing it with the correct Genie OEM part restores the cooling circuit to its original condition.
