The Multiquip 0791624405 is a genuine OEM Gasket Kit Upper DCI270SS/D850 designed for D850 and DCI-270SS concrete pump models. As a direct Multiquip OEM part, it delivers the exact material grades, dimensional tolerances, and sealing profiles specified for these machines — no trimming, shimming, or improvising required. DHS Equipment stocks this kit to help you get your concrete pump back in service with confidence. Verify your model code against D850 or DCI-270SS before ordering to confirm fitment.
Key Features
- OEM Sealing Materials — Each gasket in this kit is manufactured to the same compound and compression specifications as the original, ensuring consistent sealing performance across the upper assembly.
- Complete Upper Assembly Coverage — The full kit addresses all upper-end sealing points in a single purchase, so you replace every related gasket together rather than chasing leaks piecemeal.
- Direct-Fit for D850 and DCI-270SS — Engineered specifically for D850 and DCI-270SS Multiquip concrete pumps, with gasket profiles matched to the OEM port geometry and bolt patterns of these models.
- Prevents Pressure and Fluid Loss — Worn or failed upper gaskets allow hydraulic fluid, slurry, or air to bypass sealing surfaces, degrading pump output pressure and consistency. This kit restores correct sealing and pump efficiency.
- Genuine Multiquip OEM Quality — Sourced directly from Multiquip, this kit carries full OEM part traceability, so you know this part is the correct part for your machine.
The upper gasket kit seals the critical junctions in the upper section of the concrete pump's pumping and valve assembly. Gaskets in this area prevent fluid bypass between mating surfaces, maintaining the compression and hydraulic integrity needed for consistent concrete delivery. When upper gaskets degrade — through heat cycling, abrasion, or age — the pump loses output pressure, develops external leaks, or suffers uneven concrete flow, all of which interrupt pours and increase wear on surrounding components.
