The Multiquip 0791624415 Lower DCI270SS/D850 Gasket Kit is a genuine OEM gasket kit designed for D850 and DCI-270SS concrete pumps. As a direct Multiquip OEM component, this kit delivers the exact material grades, compression profiles, and dimensional tolerances required to maintain a proper seal throughout the lower end of the pump assembly. Confirmed fitment for D850 and DCI-270SS models means this kit installs as intended with no guesswork on compatibility. Sourced through DHS Equipment, you're getting an authorized Multiquip part backed by OEM traceability.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Sealing Material — Each gasket in this kit is manufactured to the same compression and material specifications as the original, ensuring consistent sealing performance across the lower pump assembly.
- Complete Lower-End Coverage — Supplied as a kit, 0791624415 includes all gaskets needed for a full lower-end service, so you won't be hunting down individual pieces mid-job.
- Confirmed Fitment for D850 and DCI-270SS — Engineered specifically for D850 and DCI-270SS concrete pumps, this kit aligns with the exact port geometry and mating surfaces of those models.
- Leak Prevention at the Source — A correctly seated lower gasket set maintains hydraulic integrity and prevents material or fluid bypass that can cause pressure loss or pump inefficiency.
- Genuine Multiquip OEM Part — Supplied as an authentic Multiquip component, ensuring this part meets the design intent of the original equipment manufacturer for these concrete pump models.
The lower gasket kit seals the critical joints and mating surfaces in the lower section of the concrete pump, preventing fluid, slurry, or hydraulic pressure from bypassing the intended flow path. When lower gaskets wear, crack, or lose compression, the result is leaks, pressure drop, and inconsistent pump output that can compromise an entire concrete placement operation. Replacing the full lower gasket set with a correctly spec'd kit restores the sealing integrity that keeps the pump performing at rated capacity.
