Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Genie's original specifications for the Kubota D905 engine, ensuring dimensional accuracy and correct coolant flow capacity for the application.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Engineered to match the original mounting points and connections on Z-34/22 IC, Z-34 IC, and Z-45/22 MP boom lifts, allowing straightforward installation without modification.
- Verified Fitment — Fits Genie Z-series articulating booms including the Z-34/22 IC, Z-34 IC, and Z-45/22 MP, covering a range of IC-powered configurations.
- Engine Temperature Control — A properly functioning radiator assembly keeps the Kubota D905 engine operating within its designed temperature range, supporting sustained performance during extended lift operations.
- Operational Safety — Engine overheating can force unplanned shutdowns at height. Replacing a failing radiator assembly with the correct OEM part restores the cooling system's ability to protect the engine and the operator.
The radiator assembly is the primary component responsible for dissipating heat from the engine coolant on Kubota D905-powered Genie boom lifts. Coolant heated by the engine passes through the radiator core, where airflow carries that heat away before the cooled fluid returns to the engine. When the radiator develops a leak, becomes blocked, or its core degrades, coolant temperature rises — leading to overheating, reduced engine output, and potential engine damage if left unaddressed. Replacing the assembly with the correct OEM part, Genie 32207GT, restores proper thermal management and keeps the machine running through demanding work cycles.
